The I Ching and Bob Proctor lol.
I Ching I ask a question I need guidance on and do the coin toss. The advice is always an eye opener! And helps me navigate through issues in my life.
Bob Proctor because he's a legend. I learned about having goals and tuning into the frequency of what you want. Thinking needs to be followed by action.

I was 18 when it happened.
Now I’m a father… but the loss never really leaves you.
Waking up from a coma and finding out everything changed…
that’s something I’m still trying to process.

My childhood dog dying due to
illness but my parents not telling me he was even sick so he died before I could go home and spend time with him and say goodbye ( I was at uni and could easily have gone home for a week or whatever). He died alone in the middle of the night. Ffs. They later told me he would sit outside my bedroom pawing at the door but of course I wasn’t there.
Anyway, that changed me forever.

I know I don’t need all the answers…
but when everyone you lost was close to you, it feels necessary.
They told me they “traveled and never came back”…
and I didn’t understand what that meant until later.

Finding out that pizza is technically a vegetable in some school lunch programs suddenly my college diet made me a health guru! 🍕✨
