And that, too, is taken far too seriously by most people. It's an inevetible part of life that we all will experience. Some cultures have an entirely different way of looking at it, that doesn't involve fear, which seems to me to be a healthier attitude. I don't know what, if any, religion you are, but that's the cause of most of the fear of death because of the threat of eternal suffering for past sins or the equivalent of.

Social media. People create little echo chambers, dictate to others how they should be and others take it on for fear of not 'fitting in' and that eventually transfers to real life and they end up with very flat lives and cowed personalities that revolve around the social media cliques.
