This one always surprised me. I have literally never thought about someone's footwear in my life. But my now Ex said the first thing she saw when we had our first date was I had nice shoes. Always fascinating to me! Ive paid more attention to it as of late, but its never something that stands out to me on others!

My eyes start on the ground and go up, I hate eye contact so it's easiest for me.  I will notice a nice pair of shoes a lot quicker than eyes or anything else physical. If your shoes catch my eye in a good way , you are doing something right.

Within the first minute, you usually notice their energy more than their words.. how they carry themselves, their tone, eye contact, and whether they feel open or guarded. It’s not about judging them, just picking up the vibe they bring.
