Not directly, but she has expressed that I'm a challenge and she struggles not getting dragged into my tangents because they're so natural and extraordinarily well verbalized. It quite often ends in her having to bring it to the table to discuss with the team for a next course of action. She has said - and recognized that it wasn't helpful - that I've perfected the process of dissecting my emotions for others to understand in an effort to completely bypass feeling them.

I wish I wasn’t such a procrastinator, it quietly messes with a lot more than I admit. I once delayed a simple task for weeks and it snowballed into a much bigger problem than it needed to be. Life would honestly feel a lot calmer if I just handled things on time.

Diagnosed ADHD and giftedness with unresolved childhood trauma. And I'm not special. I'd give just about anything to break out of this process.

Let your childhood trauma go. There is nothing you can do about your past. Many are traumatized and recognize that it's useless to bring the traumatic past with you. Learning from it shows resolve . Wallowing it shows fear of letting it go. ,How about you take your prescribed ADHD meds, find a hobby and a job and have a regular simple life. Good luck with that.

Exactly that, then I realize it was all for nothing because the outcome was actually way more positive than I thought. A horrible thing to get yourself into mentally. I applaud anyone who has overcome this

Physically, I wish I wasn't sick with influenza B. It is so hard to breathe properly and so much phlegm. Emotionally, I wish I didn't blame myself for the death of a loved one. Mentally, I wish I wasn't an overthinker. Professionally, I wish I wasn't in healthcare.
