Title is vague but I swear everyone has heard this sample before, it’s similar to Megan the stallion’s “ahh” but it’s more like a high pitched female voice (or a child) that quickly says “ah” or “eh” like someone sticking their tongue out sort of (not sure how else I could describe it)
I’ve heard it in rap beats and possibly electronic songs but can’t find a song that uses it and tried googling a bunch already, I can literally hear it in my head since it has such a distinct sound lol but have no way of finding it

dude i think i know exactly what you're talking about and it's driving me crazy too lol, pretty sure it's from some old school hip hop track but can't place it either
have you tried using shazam or soundhound while humming it? sometimes those apps can pick up on really obscure samples if you get the melody right. also r/tipofmytongue might be better for this since they're like sample detectives over there

this might be a stretch but are you thinking of that classic rave/sample pack vocal that goes like a quick “ah!” almost chipmunk-y? a lot of producers pulled those from old sample CDs or even funk/disco records and just pitched them up.
I had the same thing stuck in my head before and it turned out to be used in a bunch of random tracks, so it felt impossible to pin down one song. kinda one of those sounds that’s everywhere once you notice it.
if it’s the one I’m thinking of, you’ll probably hear it in a lot of 90s house/early electronic stuff too, not just rap.

(Edit to add: I'm not sure which sound you're referring to without hearing it, but the question reminded me of that video that I had seen so thought I'd ask.)

Not sure, but I have the Nelly “aah” from the song “dilemma” as a text tone, a few students have asked if its from whatever song on tik tok, maybe that’s a clue.
