I was just going to say this! I love it in the summer, mixed with mayo, chopped celery & red onion, paprika, and freshly-ground black pepper and piled into a top-split hot dog bun.

I think fake crab is pretty good. That fake crab salad you put on crackers? As good or better than the real stuff IMO.
