Music. Getting lost in a good song or album when life gets a little hard can make all the difference.

Gardening? And music? 1 song, out of every single one. Which song would you recommend to me. Apart from "none your business, fuckin weirdo"

Alcohol for a few months, then I get my shit together and just sleep for an extra 6 hours for the same effect.

Putting on a show I’ve already seen 15 times, like The Office or Parks and Rec.

Get into Fetal position, and sleep on the floor.

Close my eyes and think that everything happens with the reason. Figuring it out the positive aspect of it. And then praying to God to make it easy! And then trust on God that that it will pass!

Music (primarily classical, but also folk, world music, jazz, and some rock—mostly classic rock and 90s alt-rock) and reading. Maybe a night out at the theatre, opera, a film, or a classical music concert, though I can't always rely on that, so I might watch one of them at home on DVD or online. Or I might want to lose myself in nature. Sometimes I go to the beach late at night or very early in the morning when nobody is there or I go on hikes in the mountains to the east. I'm very fortunate that I live in an area with such a diversity of natural environments.
