If we're including animated? Justice League Unlimited. It's a masterpiece

justice league unlimited was so good at balancing all those characters without making it feel crowded. the flash and lex luthor episodes hit completely different

To me it's pretty much a dead heat between Daredevil and Legion. They're almost too different to compare on equal footing so I give them a tie.

The one thing I'll say is Daredevil has it's ups and downs. Season two and season one of born again, while good, weren't as good as the other seasons. Legion is pretty solid all the way through.  However when Daredevil is at its peak it beats out Legion.  So again, it kind of comes out to a tie.

The Netflix daredevil series is one of my favorite shows of all time. It's such a masterpiece and I'm so mad we got that born again garbage instead of new seasons

Same here. Daredevil: Born Again has been a mixed bag, but Charlie Cox is still the best actor to play a superhero.

Agreed on both. I do like season 2 of born again though

I was shocked how much I enjoyed Creature Commandos. I’m not saying it’s the best but right now it’s my favorite.

"The Flash" (1990). I really like how stylized it was, and that it lacked the self importance that some other series have.

Do we count manga/graphic novels as comic books? If so then Last Samurai Standing AND Alice in Borderlands

Imaginary_Try_1408 Apr 22, 2026 +2
*Graphic novel* is a marketing term cooked up in the late 70s/early 80s to try and sell comics to an older audience. They are comics.

McCabbe Apr 22, 2026 +2
> older, *and snobbish* audience Fighting that label has been a hobby of mine for a long time
2
Imaginary_Try_1408 Apr 22, 2026 +1
Saaaaame. Been reading comics for about 35 or so years and hate the term. They're all comics. One is just a pretentious way of saying it.
