Cheating and murder provide a backdrop for amazing acting, but I wasn't rivited, and almost lost interest once Jessie Plemmons' character went dormant for a bit. it was Matlock there for a few episodes.
Never watched it but now I'm kinda curious just because of your Matlock comment lol. Jesse Plemons always brings it though, dude's got this weird ability to make even the most boring scenes feel intense. Might have to add it to the list since I've been running out of stuff to binge between shifts

It's worth a watch for sure. All star cast and great landscapes, period piece (although I did keep seeing the same Pinto over and over)
