I’ve been realizing that bad days don’t always come from big problems, sometimes it’s just a buildup of small things that mess with your mood. I’m still figuring out what helps me properly reset instead of just ignoring it.
What helps you clear your head and start fresh again?
maybe a walk (outdoor), and good music clears my mind for a while

for me, it’s usually a good walk outside with some music or a podcast. helps clear the mind and get back in a better headspace. also, don’t underestimate the power of a good snack!
