Which do you think is a better show, Gossip Girl or Vampire Diaries?

No. One is a supernatural show with teens while the other is an actual teen drama.

I think TVD Seasons 1-4 is actually great TV. Probably as good as a lower tier premium channel show, like Yellowjackets. Gossip Girl is more of a soap opera and was just very unserious. Not on it’s level.

Gossip Girl was fun for what it was, until it dragged on and had that ridiculous ass ending. TVD was batshit crazy sometimes and could get a bit convoluted as it also started to drag on, but was the better of the two.

I wouldn’t call either objectively good. But Gossip Girl was fun and I enjoyed the main dynamic between Blair and Serena.

Kinda depends on what you’re into. As a fan of supernatural stories, I enjoy The Vampire Diaries. Although I enjoy the characters of Blair and Serena and their dynamic.
