Someone just posted today in another sub how chatgpt gaslit them today, moreso than a typical hallucination, and directly lied to them about specifics in iran and what trump is doing in other areas despite easy to find proof. It told the person they were consuming misinfo and biased stuff and that trump was doing his job n shit lmao. Why people are still talking to chatgpt and surprised it's awful and saying weirder stuff and then posting it on progressive subs shocked it's becoming biased is beyond me; it was bound to happen with the agreements our government has with somw of the companies, as well as trump fighting to disallow regulations on ai, etc. Anyone who doesnt think ai will be forced, if it hasnt already, to move in a direction that spreads more biased propaganda now that kids are relying on it to think for them rather than unbiased easy to find facts that make the president look silly is a fool.
