Who’s an actor you couldn’t stand in one show but liked in another?

Mine is Adam Rodriguez. I hated Delko from CSI Miami but liked him as Luke in Criminal Minds.

Michael Mando! Guy was absolutely terrible in Orphan Black. Miscast, I guess? Anyway, he was absolutely astounding in Better Call Saul. A revelation, even.

I find most of Andy Samberg's characters grating, but I really liked Brooklyn Nine Nine.

Same here, his SNL/Hot Rod energy can feel like pure sugar, but B99 somehow balances him out. If you liked him there, Palm Springs is worth a shot.

My SO doesn’t like Glenn Howerton in Always Sunny in Philadelphia, but she really enjoyed him in AP Bio. I kept telling her he’s a very similar character in each.

Grey Worm in GOT. I couldn't stand the character, especially the new material they had for him. Jacob Anderson on the other hand has been amazing in everything else I've seen him in.

Jenna Coleman. I absolutely hated Clara in Doctor Who, and nearly didn’t watch Victoria because of her. Then….she was fantastic in Victoria! Perfect for the role, and I’m so glad I gave it a chance despite Clara.

Give "The Gentleman" a chance. I also hated Theo James as most of his roles are just handsome pricks, but he is great in that.

Don't think this really counts, but to see Steve Buscemi take the lead in Boardwalk Empire was pretty cool compared to the supporting roles he seemed relegated to.

Keanu Reeves, was great in Speed, The Matrix and John Wick, but honestly everything else is pretty bad. I think it has to do with delivering lines. If he can stay from that, he’s great! He genuinely seems like a really nice guy!
