Dunno if it's the most, for I don't care about popularity one bit, but that's a champion on his own. Jean-Pierre Fanguin, a young scammer stuck in a ponzi scheme, trying hard on youtube to play the rich guy and shaming the poor so he can sell his life coach services. It was hillarious, because the car he displayed was rented under his mother's name, and yet he was shaming people who take the bus paid with pocket money giving by their grandma. That idiot got eventually caught for some stupid behavior and ended up in a court, where he had to explain all his bullshit. Karma hit him back really hard. One of his most memorable catchphrases was "je crois que la question, elle est vite répondue" (I think the question, it's quickly answered, before giving a crappy opinion). And after that, he saw his unexpected popularity from his humiliation and he still tried to use it to make more money. A very pathetic end for a pathetic man.
