> Ivanna Lisette Ortiz, a 35-year-old Orlando resident, was charged with attempted murder, 10 counts of assault with a semi-automatic firearm and three counts of shooting at an inhabited dwelling in early March. She also pleaded not guilty to the other felony counts, per the Associated Press.
> Ortiz’s lawyer, Deputy Public Defender Derek Ray Dillman, entered the plea on her behalf as she stood in a custody area. The only time she spoke was to waive her right to a speedy preliminary hearing. Dillman requested that the $1.9 million bail be reduced to $70,000, but the request was denied.

If Rihanna was in the house then I’m assuming her young children were there as well. Can’t imagine how scary this situation was for them.

She tried to take Rihanna out before R9 dropped? She’ll get convicted and sentenced to life in prison if it goes to trial.

Not that I condone unloading assault rifles into people's homes, but if you are going to do it, maybe you don't drive a car that records everything you do on video.
I want to reiterate, on the question of being for, or against drive-by shootings, I am anti drive-by shootings. It's actually one of my longest held political beliefs.
But I'm also against self-snitching.
So definitely don't do drive-by shootings, but if you have to because God or your cat told you to, don't use a Tesla.

I’m a criminal defense attorney and I have to tell you, a lot of people who commit crimes are really bad at committing crimes.
