Zayn is a terrible person. I hope the footage gets released so his delusional fans can finally see him for what he is. He needs to be held accountable for his actions. Poor Louis.

Seen so many Tik toks and insta comments defending him. Zayn’s delusional fans are even hating on Louis in his comments. Just shows how much attractive men get away with. Whereas Chappell Roan out here getting death threats for a kid getting a security guard sent after her when it was confirmed it wasn’t even her security guard

Wait - ZAYN is the one who made the comment about LOUIS’ mom AND threw the first punch?? What the f***

this is so messed up because the articles and headlines make it seem like Louis was the one in the wrong

Zayn fans and the media are definitely trying to muddy the water with the confusing wording

This sounds like a punch thrown by a hockey player recently - I believe at the University of Michigan

Exactly, bring back consequences. Don't do it if you can't handle people seeing it or rewatching it yourself.

Yeah, this makes me think that he really did insult his dead mum and punch him with rings...

You seem to be getting it wrong, it was Zayn Malik that made the remark about Louis's mom and then proceeded to punch Louis on top of insulting him mom.

I was that annoying girl in middle school/high school that would purposely pick the "least" popular boy band member to seem different. So far Kevin Jonas and Niall Horan haven't failed me!!

Key-Street-340 4 days ago +8
I thought Louis was the least popular? Niall was always distinct for being the blonde one and the Irish one. And personally I thought he was the cutest anyway.

Louis was quite popular actually. Niall became quite popular as well but more later on. Liam was mostly always the least popular though

Chris Brown is black and still gets support like crazy. Hell he has been nominated fora Grammy almost every year. Male abusers will get away with a lot regardless of race.

Also to be honest I think a lot of his fans will unfortunately overlook when he hits a woman or a random guy, but he knows that footage of him punching another member of One Direction might kill what’s left of his career.

Zayn needs to get help. He has that case for assaulting Yolanda Hadid a few years ago. I also remember there was a rumor (from wayyy back in the day) that he got into a bad argument with Liam Payne (RIP) and threw him into a wall.

That’s a really commonly used headline phrase in the UK. Tabloids have their own odd vernacular, mostly driven by fitting as few words on the page as possible. See also Love Rat - when someone has been caught having an affair Lag - a prisoner or with a crimal record Romp - a sexual encounter Boffins - academic or clever person “In tabloid-speak, girls are stunners, doctors are medics, police are cops, children are tots and, sometimes, kiddies. Sports stars are aces. Then there are those familiar headline verbs that form no part of normal verbal communication: politicians are rapped or slammed, problems are probed, people are axed Some regular phrases have no context outside the pages of a paper, such as terror purges, rings of steel, shock verdicts, death plunges and murder bids.”

Y'know, I bet if I'd have heard it being said out loud with the accent then I might have picked that up, hard to explain but you can kinda assume it's dialect then. I read it so I said it in my stupid american headvoice lol. Thanks for filling me in

It’s easy to not get footage of yourself punching a friend and making disparaging comments about their dead mom Don’t punch your friend and make disparaging comments about their dead mom.

You’re in the entertainment sub, do you really expect to know every single entertainer, singer, actor in the world? From a list on down? It really doesn’t need a comment if your don’t know who or you can read the article and learn a little.
20
gimmeluvin 5 days ago +1
I mean for that matter nothing "needs" a comment But it's the internet. Commenting is what people do
1
Unhappy_Plankton_671 4 days ago +3
Nice hyperbole. The point is, commenting to say 'I know nothing about this thing I'm commenting on' is pretty idiotic. Just as a comment saying 'commenting is what people do'. If the topic doesn't interest you, then move on. It's what people do. If you want to know more, read the article and/or ask questions about it in your comment. If you have an opinion, express it. You and ProdigalSheep should hang out, you seem like you'd relate.
3
ProdigalSheep 4 days ago -1
The point is that the headline should contain some context for no-names like these.
-1
Unhappy_Plankton_671 4 days ago +1
Nah, headline is fine. Names the two involved and a conflict. Then you read the article if you want to know more. If you have no knowledge of the two NAMED people in the headline, then why do you care? Why do you have to sit dumbfounded at not knowing it and don't even bother to read further. Is that how you read newspapers? Just read headlines and said 'I don't understand wtf this means' and ignore all the print underneath it? C'mon now.
