Doesn't the Billboard Top 100 also account for stuff like Radio playtime? Radio is heavily biased against big established artists. If Taylor Swift releases a new song, no matter the quality, it is guaranteed that pretty much all major radio stations will play it up and down every day for a month or more. That awful, awful song called "Made you Look" by Meghan Trainor, was playing every single damn day for like 2-3 months, multiple times a day, where I live.

The dude is already set for life with everything he's done in the past few years alone. Taking too many big roles at once saturates the market and makes people get sick of seeing you. Doing less projects allows each role to stay fresh for the audience. You have to find the right balance when you're an A list star. The ones that burn the brightest fades the fastest.

Again he’s in his 50s, he’s not an early career up-and-comer. Getting the Star Wars/marvel/hbo money now means he could retire completely if he wanted to in a couple years, and for all we know that’s his plan. I’m not a huge fan of Chris Pratt’s voice work but he just released a new movie a couple of months ago called Mercy that wasn’t bad. He plays a detective on trial for killing his wife and he has 90 minutes to prove to an AI judge that he’s innocent or else he’s executed.

Sometimes it actually because everything just gets released at once. I remember one British Tv actor saying everyone was complaining they were sick of him because he was “everywhere”, when that was because he filmed ten shows over three and a half years and somehow they all got released at the same time, including him being on three shows broadcast literally one after another on a Sunday night!

My assumption is to lead the conversation later on. So it seems like her decision that she has been planning for sometime vs something decided by her management/PR company or she went into hiding due to fan backlash over something which hasn’t happened yet. Acting seems like a drag sometimes because you have to plan stuff in broad strokes. No living in the moment planning, they have to keep in mind what project they’re doing for next couple of years which also dictates their life in general and what they’re doing or even can do afterwards.
