Mobility work is what I should have been doing all along

I lifted for years and ignored flexibility. At 34 I could barely touch my toes. Added 20 minutes of mobility work in the morning and within three months my squat depth improved, my shoulder impingement went away, and I stopped getting the hip flexor tightness I thought was just part of being an adult.
