Walking 10,000 steps a day for 90 days — real results

Lost 8 pounds without changing my diet. Blood pressure dropped from borderline high to normal. My resting heart rate fell by 6 BPM. More importantly the daily walk became my best thinking time. I started taking all my phone calls while walking and I now dread days when the weather keeps me inside.
